It is human nature to make simple concepts harder than they really are. We’re all guilty of it.
Let’s look at 5 things you can DO to increase your online business productivity in a simple way, and profit from the changes:
Network: Make other marketers or individuals in your particular niche your friends by helping them out and then you can rely on them when you need help. The logical question to ask is: “why is networking such an important aspect of onlineand offline business?” Well, there are three concrete reasons why networking is an essential component of a successful business.
• First, working from home leaves you sitting all by yourself, which essentially means you can feel lonely and unmotivated. A friend or a group of friends can serve as your moral support system that guides you throughout the most difficult days and can offer you advice.
• Secondly, you can find help quickly. For example, you may be having a hard time formatting an ebook or getting that widget to cooperate with you. Just call up a friend who is an expert, and your problem is solved.
• Lastly, Promotional purposes. Just think about where a business would be without friends. They spread the word and get your products or services into the minds of others they’re in contact with. Next time you get 5-10 emails from your friends promoting one of your products you can undoubtedly conclude that you have done a good job networking. Remember, business is all about growth and that means spreading the word and pushing your ideas.

ACT: This should be rather obvious, but many men and women fail to realize that they simply need to create a goal, create action steps to reach that goal, and then follow through with those action-based steps.
Produce: Just think about this for a moment. Is someone more successful if they buy lots of products or if they PRODUCE lots of products?
This can be better understood by thinking about ONE product versus 100 products. If you produce 100 products, you will likely have some products that flat out fail, but that’s a good thing because it allows you to get an idea of what people want. In addition to that, a few of those 100 products will indeed be successful, which will help you and your business gain valuable recognition — while boosting your overall growth. So don’t be afraid to take the leap.

Hint: by the way, your keyword and key phrase selection is another aspect of psych triggers. Think of ‘buyer keywords’ as the thoughts in the head of your future, prospective customer. Always use the words, “best price on __” and “discount on __” as well as “review of ___” because it’s statistically proven that 86% of millennials use these search terms, about daily.

Motivation drives your employees to success. Think about incentives and rewards. Goal success needs a positive approach. Motivation determines employee productivity, quality and speed of work. Psychology is the answer!
Answer: Why is motivation important for business managers? Because you want to energize your office staff and employees. You want tasks completed quickly. Objectives met. Goals achieved efficiently. Motivation is your key factor. You’ll have a close eye on productivity.
Theory of Why Motivation is Important to Business
The 1954 book by Dr. Abraham H Maslow, PhD, Motivation and Personality, Brandeis University, is still the authority in this writer’s mind. Maslow explained how people are first motivated by physical and physiological needs; then by psychological needs. That is:
Physiological Needs:
Humans first need a balanced diet, water, and a warm, sheltered home to rest and sleep in. The temperature range needs to be one we can survive in. Removal of painful stimulus and protection from predators and human enemies. These are very minimal, basic needs.
Psychological Needs:
Dr. Maslow was the first psychologist to clearly outline these social and psychological needs:
The need for a feeling of safety and security. That is, reduction of fear and anxiety. Emotional comfort.
The need for a feeling of love and belongingness. Acceptance into a group. Identity.
Needs for self esteem and the esteem of others.
The need for self actualization. That is, self realization and the expression of hidden talents, aptitudes and abilities.
We can understand others better, when we view their behaviour through this model. Maslow called it the hierarchy of human needs. Need gratification starts from the bottom of the pyramid, or hierarchy. It rises to the top. With sensitivity, you can see which needs a person is striving to satisfy.
Practical Ways Managers Can Motivate Employees
Supervisors and mid level management need training in these ideas. Human needs and motivations are not always apparent and clear to see. People tend to be egocentric. They might be feeling tired, frustrated and angry. Their vision is then clouded. Thought comes first. A good theory like Maslow’s hierarchy of human needs can work wonders!
Always treat employees with respect. They are learning. Praise them when they get something right. Show due respect and appreciation. Always be positive in your attitude.
Use Rewards and Incentives to Motivate Workers
Productivity will rise naturally when you use a positive approach to encouraging your employees. Don’t go off the deep end. Don’t express anger or disgust. Maintain the dignity and mutual respect of all persons concerned.
Offer incentives. Say, for example, “if you get all this work completed by tonight, you’ll get a bonus.”
“If I’m completely satisfied with the quality of your work, and the speed, I’ll give you an amazing Christmas party!”
“Those who produce more, of a satisfactory quality, will get a special bonus payment, starting next month!”
Rewards and positive reinforcements of behaviour are FAR more powerful than punishments. This is born out in scientific research. (B.F. Skinner, Harvard University, 1940s to 1960s). Radical behaviorism.

You see, there are several mistakes most people make due to misunderstanding psychology, which result in their ads simply not working.
What is “marketing,” anyway? Here’s a neat way to think about it…
Marketing is actually programming people’s brains with your words!
That might sound a little bit harsh, but here’s what I mean.
When you write an advertisement, a web page, an email, or a sales letter, the real reason you are choosing the words you’re choosing is because you want to influence your reader’s state of mind.
Specifically, most people want to write something that will put the reader’s mind into a state which is “ready to buy” — or “ready to sign up.”
Now, the key idea here is that what you are trying to do is use your words to get your readers to think something.
If your marketing isn’t achieving your desired result, this can literally only mean one thing:

But how could that be?
You wrote out an advertisement so carefully. It even looks like all those other ones out there.
Doesn’t matter. It didn’t work.
So, how do you get your readers to think what you want, then?
Understanding psychology is the key. Because, if you know how brains work, then you’ll really know what to write to influence them the way you want.
Of course, the field of psychology is huge — you can get a Ph.D. in it. But, here are 3 psychological tips you can use to your advantage.
Be warned: Some of them may seem counterintuitive to you. But, remember! Maybe you need to try something counterintuitive.
After all, the techniques you thought were intuitive haven’t worked as well as you wanted, right?
If they had, then you probably wouldn’t have read this article!
Another thing which people completely tune out is things which look just like everyone else’s.
It’s a shame — we see so many people nowadays advertising their sites in the exact same way:
Here’s a bad ad. This is the wrong way:
YOU WON’T BELIEVE THIS! YOU CAN MAKE $10,000 FAST! THIS IS THE REAL DEAL, IT’S INCREDIBLE! etc…
Nobody pays attention to things like this anymore.
Make sure you don’t look like anyone else, and you’ll stand out.
You HAVE to stand out in order to succeed in business.
Combine this with Tip #1 to come up with headlines and email subject lines which really communicate something interesting and meaningful.
Remember, you can bait people in to read your ad with headlines and subject lines which convey something people actually want to read, and then later you can still sell them your product or service!
So many people nowadays make huge claims in their marketing; like if you sign up for a certain site it will make you $10,000 per week while you sleep.
This sort of thing is obviously not true, and everyone knows it, even you!
So, when you do things like this it sets off major red flags in peoples’ heads, and they stop reading.
Another big one is promising people that a certain website is the “best” or the “biggest,” etc., when it really isn’t.
Of course, maybe I could send out an email about Google saying that it’s the “most powerful site” out there, but people are tired of hearing all this hype about every little site.
You might even believe that you just found the “best site to come out in the last 10 years,” but so many people have worn out this promise, that it holds no weight anymore (see Tip #2).
This one can seem counterintuitive, since you might think that you *should* say great things about your website or product to get people to want it.
The problem is, this just isn’t how psychology works.
Instead, you must give people real information so that they actually pay attention, look different from everyone else, and be able to draw people in more subtly.
Let your actual website or product make them say “wow!”
And if you’re afraid that your actual website or product won’t make them say “wow,” so you need to hype it up in your marketing, then maybe you need to re-evaluate your product, and figure out how to make whatever you’re selling powerful enough.
